2017 CSA Registration
To sign up for our 2017 CSA, please follow the following three simple steps.

STEP 1: Please read our CSA agreement here.
STEP 2: Please complete and submit this registration form before proceeding to payment step.
STEP 3: Make your deposit (required) or payment in full
In order to reserve your spot and complete your registration, you must make a non-refundable deposit of $100. This deposit is credited towards the full cost of your share.
You may either pay your $100 deposit only or choose to pay the entire sum of the share now. You can also choose to pay in other installments (for example 1/2 now, 1/2 by the due date), although this option is only available if you pay by check.
If we have not received your deposit within 2 weeks of submitting your online registration we reserve the right to open your spot up to someone else. The balance must be paid by your first pickup day in May.

Please note the name of the shareholder and the share size (22 or 20 week Full or Half) on the memo of the check.
