How do I customize my box in your CSA software?
You will get a "this week's box" email from us on Sunday mornings on the weeks that you have a CSA pickup scheduled for that Wednesday or Friday. The email will tell you what items we have curated for the "farmers pick" version of your share that week.
If you are happy with that selection, you don’t need to do anything else – you will get the Farmers Pick box!
If you would like to customize your box from other items available at the farm, or add additional items, you can do so by using your account login here http://csa.farmigo.com/store/mountainharvestfarm.If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it there as well. This option to customize is available from Sunday morning (whenever you get the email!) to Monday evening at 11pm; you can update it as many times as you wish until then.

What if I need to skip a week?
From our member agreement:
We have a “flex box” policy to help shareholders get the full value of your share within the constraints of carefully scheduled plantings and Mother Nature's schedules. Half shareholders may request one “flex box” and full shareholders may request up to two flex boxes in the summer CSA.
If you have a half share, you can request to skip a scheduled share pickup, and we will pass it to the end of the season to our scheduled “flex makeup” week (October 19 or 21). Or if you prefer, we can also schedule it for one of your “off weeks” if we have the capacity to add it to the requested week.
If you have a full share, you can request to skip a scheduled share pickup, and we will pass it to the end of the season to our scheduled “flex makeup” week (October 19 or 21). If you request to skip a second week, we can add those credits for you to spend on additional vegetable purchases during the remaining summer CSA weeks. Credits cannot be rolled over to subsequent seasons.
If you know far in advance that you need to use your flex box a given week, we appreciate early requests so that we can plan. We ask that you notify us at the latest by the Friday before your next pickup day if you want to use your “flex box” option for the following week. This provides us time to look for an alternative outlet to market the produce we had reserved for you. Flex requests received after Sunday of your pickup week will not be honored.
If you used you flex option already and need to miss another week, please get a friend to pick up your box for you and share the bounty! You can also request that we donate your share to a local food pantry.
Boxes already packed and forgotten cannot be counted towards our flex policy and will be considered fulfilled (See policy VI).

What if I receive a damaged item or have a problem?
Please let us know and we will make good on it. We stand by the top quality of our products. If we know about the issue the week it happens, we can do something about it. If you don't let us know until the end of the season in our survey, we all are worse off. :)

Important Notes on using our store software to customize:
- Please note that if you make changes to your box please be sure to "check out" and submit your order in your cart so that the changes are saved. You will get a confirmation email with your updated order. If you do not get a confirmation email, please email us at mountainharvestfarm@gmail.com to ensure your order is fulfilled correctly.
- All items listed in "credits" are available for trading. Items listed in $ are available for add-on purchase only. Full and Half Shares have 25 allotted credits per week; Light shares have 15. Unused credits don't roll over to subsequent weeks. If you purchase additional “credit” items beyond your weekly credits that come with your share, they will show up as dollar amounts in your cart. You can purchase additional items if you link a credit card to your CSA account. If your card was not already linked when you registered for the current season, you can do this the first time you check out. It will then be linked for automatic ordering for the rest of the current season. Additional items ordered beyond your weekly allotted share credits will be charged to your linked card on the night after delivery.
- Note about Paypal: Our system allows you to link Paypal to purchase additional items but we have had a lot of problems with Paypal payments being rejected. Please link a credit card instead. We will likely cut the option to use paypal after this current summer season.
- We carry several add-on products from other local producers. When you open the store, you will be on the "Available This Week" category page which lists all the products we have, but if you want to see which are available for trade vs. add-on only, you can also click those categories.
- If you want more information about the products available, you can click on the items in the store to see a description of them and preparation tips.
