Mountain Harvest Farm supports the use of kale to make kale chips. They're delicious. Even people that don't think they like kale like kale chips. We like it with parmesan cheese too.

This savory rich dish can be used as a stand-alone or a side dish. We like it on top of pasta. You can wing it or follow this recipe from 17recipes.com. We add an egg to cook with it when extra-hungry!  |
