Whether you just love vegetables or are grain-based pasta averse due to a low-carb or gluten diet, this pasta substitute may be for you!

Spaghetti squash gets it's name because when it's cooked it flakes off like spaghetti and can be used with all of your favorite pasta toppings or sauces!

It's so easy. Here's a simple recipe for preparing this squash as a pasta substitute from AllRecipes.com.

I’ve been a meatball love my whole life! I’ll take ’em any way I can get them, and I love this simple, turkey version — classic with a twist!

I love poached fish or chicken, but I seem to do something wrong. I think I should have been starting with cold water instead of simmering. I am going to try your technique. And the leek sounds like a good idea also. 🙂

I have been pre-cooking ground beef for a long time – it is just so much easier to do it once and be done with if for a while. Sometimes I cook a batch that is just plain ground beef – and then I’ll do another batch and add green peppers and onions. I also store mine in freezer zip lock bags due to the storage issue – much easier to store flat.
